With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Benka (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on May 17, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Anna; and his brother Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Marian Zets; his children, John and Mary Lynn (Michael); and his grandchildren, Matthias and Maria.
