It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lucas (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lucas and William Lucas; his siblings, Irene Bjornson of Thunder Bay, Flora Kancir of Kapuskasing, Art Lucas, George Lucas and Gordon Lucas; his grandson Corey Lucas of Winnipeg; and his parents-in-law, Marguerite and Joseph Patrick Gordon.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Joseph Lucas of Nipigon, Jan Patrick Lucas of Thunder Bay, Joel Anderson Lucas of Thunder Bay, James Richard Lucas (Barbara) of Winnipeg, Debra Jane Lucas of Winnipeg and Darren John Lucas (Betti Ann) of Libau, Manitoba.; and his wife Jolene. He is also survived by Grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
