It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Henry Oliver (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Tennant and James Howard Oliver; his parents-in-law, Isobel and Bruce Gordon; his sister Marilyn Lemcke; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Hardick and Wayne Lemcke.

He is survived by: his wife Isobel Gordon; his children, Cathy Kurish (Rob), Bruce (Tanya) and Rick (Kristen); his grandchildren, Jacob, Ben, Hannah, Elizabeth, Carter and Cale; his sisters, Arlene Hardick and Karen Davis (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Gwen Everts (Don) and Robertta Pajunen (Veikko). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
