It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Bernard of Thunder Bay, Ontario, born in Gull Bay, Ontario, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Bernard and Samuel Bernard; her children, Craig Bernard and Janette L. Bernard; and her sister Delores Wawea.

She is survived by: her close friend Ralph Jarvinen; and her children, Bradley Belmore, Henry Belmore (Eunice), Kevin Belmore, Christie Ann Bernard (Derek) and Brenda A. Belmore (Jordan).

Due to COVID restrictions of 10 attendees, the Family of Irene will be offering a Celebration of Life for family, friends and loved ones at a later date to be determined.
