Helen Kaarela Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helvi Wainio and Anton Wainio; her parents-in-law, Eini and Kaarlo Kaarela Sr.; her siblings, Ricky Wainio, Bernie Wainio, Ernie Wainio and Susan Maute; her cousin Arlene Flavell; and her foster sons, Richard Kwandibens and Bruce Lachinette (BJ).

She is survived by: her husband Kaarlo Kaarela; her children, Bruce Kaarela, Teresa Nykorchuk (Joe), Janice Kaarela and Debbie Doyle (Kevin); her grandchildren, Matthew Kaarela (Mary), Brandon Kaarela (Amanda), Taylor Kaarela (Cassidy), Kendall Niedbala-Kaarela, Nicole Lalonde (Ron), Ben Doyle (Cali) and Tyler Doyle (Kendra); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Lily, Aurora, Alexis, Mya, Lynden, Tenleigh and Nash; her sisters, Sandra Legros (Henry), Kathy Portelance (Dale) and Sherri Buurke (Julian); her sister-in-law Aili Parnega; her cousins, Lorna Jacobson (Rod) and Bill Flavell; and her friends, Marcia Hiiro and Krys Manahan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
