He was predeceased by: his wife Helga; his daughter Barbara; and his parents, Minna and John. He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Sai), Lorraine and Randy; his grandson Nicholas; and his friends, Toby and Kaycee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to any local dog charity would be appreciated.
