Giovanni Armenti Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2021, at the age of 90, Giovanni Armenti (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giovanni Armenti to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Armenti and Lucia Armenti; his parents-in-law, Pasquale Vacca and Carmela Giacci; his siblings, Berardino Armenti (Dominica), Mario Armenti, Antonietta Vacca (Mario) and Ida Armenti (Ferdinando); and his siblings-in-law, Benito Vacca, Adolf Vacca and Italia Varrasso.
He is survived by: his wife Filomena Vacca; his grandchildren, Dora, Tony and Maria; his children, Josie Laudone (Frank Bisignano), Dora Legarde (Len), Tony Armenti (Charlene) and Maria Dessureault; his brother Michele Armenti (Dora); his siblings-in-law, Josie Vacca, Maria Vacca and Donato Varrasso; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Michelle, Jenilee, Derek, Matthew, Adam and Curtis. He is also survived by his seven great grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid-19 gathering restrictions, a private family service will be held on June 3, 2021, celebrated by Rev. Michael Mahoney of St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church.
