It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Germana Florindo (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Beatriz Silveira and Joao Domingos Silveira; her husband Jose; and her siblings, Joao, Ildebrando, Urbano, Noemia, Alvarina and Sandy.

She is survived by: her children, Maria (Chris), Susie (Leon), Albert and Lori (Andy); her grandchildren, Spencer (Amanda), Mackenzie, Scott (Michelle), Alex (Dawna), Nick, Hayden and Nolan; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Simon; and her siblings, Aida, Adozinda and Sergio.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Germana's memory to the Alzheimer Society or Diabetes Canada.
