It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geordi Kakepetum (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Kakekapetum and Adam Kakekapetum; his brothers, James and Alan; and his daughter Bernice.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara and Aaron; his grandchildren, Courtney M., Aiden, Zoey, Victoria, Andrew, Courtney W., Shelley and Daniel Jr.; his great grandchildren, Nia and Jordan; and his siblings, Hallum, Kanina, Wanda, Brenda, Sol and Darlene. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
