He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel and Gastone; his brother Bruce (Natalie); and his sister-in-law Valerie. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa; his daughter Rachael (Jesse); his granddaughters, Morgan and Audrey; and his siblings, David (Maria), Lori and Bunny. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society of Thunder Bay would be fitting with Frank's love of animals.
