She was predeceased by: her husband Giuseppe; her parents-in-law, Bruno Rosaria and Maria Rosaria (Calabretta); her brother Elio; her sister-in-law Margherita; her brother Giovanni; and also, Bruno Caruso, Nazzareno Larizza, Nazzarena Pelaia, Salvatore Pelaia, Nazzareno Tassone and Domenico Pisani.
She is survived by: her children, Rosarina Venn, Bruno (Teresa) of Vancouver, Marietta Austin (Bill) and Angelo (Eda); her grandchildren, Ryan Venn (Kelly), Becky Ross (Don), Michael Venn (Erin), Joseph David, Thomas Tassone, Christopher Austin (Gabrielle), Andrew Austin, Joseph Peter and Matthew Tassone; her great grandchildren, Maya Venn, Clark Venn, Madeline Ross, Walker Ross, Nathaniel Venn and Lauren Venn; her sister-in-law Maria Grieco; her niece Maria Virginia (Italy); her nephew Angelo Grieco (Italy); and also, Salvatore Tassone, Giuseppina Tassone (Italy), Angelina Pisani (Italy), Marietta Larizza, Antonio Tassone, Raffaela Tassone, Cosimo Tassone, Immaculata Tassone, Bruna Larizza and Gina Tassone.
Should friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Filomena's memory to the TBRHS Foundation, Northern Cardiac Fund or the M.S. Society of Thunder Bay.
