She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Darry Lachinette, Derrick Lachinette (Donna) and Tracey Willoughby (Paul); her siblings, Esther Lachinette, Robert Metansinine, Ronnie Metansinine (Andrea), Michael Metansinine (Tracy) and Andrew Kwandibens (Bertha); her significant other Frank Wynn; her siblings, Edna Cutfeet, Eva Lachinette, Darlene Wanakamik, Allen Lachinette and Alfred Lachinette; her grandparents, Dominic Lachinette and Theresa Lachinette; her parents, Alena Lachinette and Michael Wabason; and her grandchildren, Paul Willoughby III, Serena, Aliyah and Derrick Jr.. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
