She was predeceased by: her husband James Stirling; and her brother-in-law Milan Rut. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Napierala (Don), Warren Mazurski (Vivien), Lana Norton (Tom) and Murray Munro; her grandchildren, Stephen Napierala (Christine), Margaret Napierala, Jennifer Mazurski-Simpson (Chuck), Ryan Mazurski, Lisa Norton Davies (Owen) and Greg Norton (Tracy); her sister Lillian Rut; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Lehto (Karl), Debbie Pawlett (Don) and David Stirling (Fiona). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay would be appreciated.
