He was predeceased by: his wife Gail; his grandson Andre; his sisters, Nagia and Rose (Alf); and his siblings-in-law, Jodie and Bill.

He is survived by: his children, Randy (Susan), Pat Prevost (Jerry), Carol Yanyk (Jay) and Debbie Hutton (Rob); his grandchildren, Michelle, Benjamin, Jhennyl (Branden), Alyssa-Rose (Jamie), Hannu, Melissa (Chris), Daniel, Roy and Trisha; his stepgrandchildren, Christine (Clint) and Albert; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Royce, Donivan, Aubrey and Leo; his nephews, Eddie and Kyle; and his niece Suzanne.

Donations in Ed's memory may be made to the Westminster Memorial Fund.
