He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw and Regina; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Jennifer (Lee) and Tim (Nicole); his granddaughters, Rebecca, Emily and Olivia; his siblings, Ben (Elizabeth), Raymond, Stanley (June) and Kris (late Dave); his brother-in-law Joe (Ann); his uncle Bruce; and also Jenn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Tamarack House through the Red Lake Chapel, Box 237, Red Lake, ON P0V 2M0.
