Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Douglas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Siczkar and Blanche Siczkar. He is survived by: his sister Denise Gustafson; his brother-in-law Eric Gustafson; his brother David (Mimma); his nephew Cody; his close friend Susan Lix; and also Daylin.
