Doreen Joyce Filipuzzi Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen Joyce Filipuzzi (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Erminio "Butch" Filipuzzi; her parents, Leonard Juhola and Esther Juhola; her sister Lorraine Aho (Ted); her siblings-in-law, Teresa Hrynyk (John) and Ted Drzystek; and her grandson Kyle McKillop.
She is survived by: her children, Diane (Bill), Linda, Cathy (Dom) and Gary; her grandchildren, Stewart (Nicole), Billy (Amber), Kara (Kevin), Jenn (Jeff), Reis (Kim) and Chad; her great grandchildren, Everett, Cleo, Emma, Lillie and Ava Joy; and her sister-in-law Yolanda Drzystek.
Should friends so desire, donations made in memory of Doreen to the Canadian Cancer Society or Thunder Bay and District Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
