Donna Jack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jack (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Kenora, Ontario, who passed away on February 11, 2022 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Jack to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Samuel LacSeul; her aunts, Lillian Alto and Sarah Kejick; and her uncle Fred Jack. She is survived by: her mother Christine Jack; her daughter Terri Jack; and her brothers, Dale and Chris Jack. She is also survived by numerous nieces, cousins and friends.

As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations can be made in Donna's name to the Kidney Foundation.
