She was predeceased by: her parents, Leoncio Reyes and Dionisia of Villa; her brothers, Dr. Nick Reyes and Luben Reyes; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Emil Umali (Tony Rono) and Carmen Reyes.

She is survived by: her husband John Bannister; her siblings, Linda Umali, Luz Rono, Amelia Atienza (Nony), Leila Fontana (George), Leoncio Reyes (Nancy) and Jovi Reyes (Beng); and her sister-in-law Jean Reyes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family appreciates donation to The Northern Cancer Fund or Northern Cardiac Fund.
