He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam H Mills and Margaret Beal Mills; and his brother Lewis Mills. He is survived by: his children, Gerald E. Mills (Vickie) of Union Grove, AL, Charissa Kirby (James) of Guntersville and Michelle Mills House (Thomas) of Ashville, NC.; his grandchildren, Joshua Thrower, Blake Rutherford, Brittany Cantrell, Solomon House and Mariah House; and his sister-in-law Janice Mills. He is also survived by two nephews one niece.
