Dan Legault Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dan Legault (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris and Lester; and his sister-in-law Laura. He is survived by: his siblings, Leo, John and Beverley; his niece Amy Catherine (Hunter); his nephew Grant (Lindsay); his great-nieces, Charlotte, Madelyn and Brynn; and his great-nephew Liam.

In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to honour Daniel, are asked to make a contribution, in his name, to the charity of your own choice.

“Dear Leo, Beverly and John: I have just learned of Dan's passing. So saddened to hear this news. He was a very good friend during my time in Terrace Bay and sorry that we lost contact in the last few years. He taught me to fish the river waterfall pools for speckled trout and introduced me to Smelting Shift Parties. Your entire family was so welcoming to me during my "Northern years" and my heart goes out to each one of you.”
