We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2020, at the age of 55, Chuck Patrick Meshake (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Geraldton, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chuck Patrick Meshake to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Megan and Ambrose Jr.; his siblings, Micheal Meshake and Janet Meshake; and his nephew Raymond Moses.

He is survived by: his children, Fawn Meshake, Dakota-Colt Meshake, Sterling Meshake, Dustin Gagne and Leonard Johnson; his siblings, Margaret Booth, Rose Moses (Garland), Thomas Meshake and Eric Meshake; his grandchildren, Sapaawe, Javelin, Alikai, William, Korbyn and Nevaeh; and his former wife Cathy Fobister. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the TBRHSC – Renal Department, would be appreciated.
