She is survived by: her parents, Peter King and Veronica King; her husband Simo Sorri; her children, JeU King (Tanager) and Senna King-Sorri; her grandchildren, Horizon, Tory, Leland and Emma; and her siblings, Linda McGuire, Gwendolyn King (Joy), Laura-Anne Lefrancois (Eugene), Arlene King, Rene King and Susan King (Peter).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel (21 Court St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4T4). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery (1222 Reaume St, Thunder Bay, ON P7B6T8).
