He is survived by: his wife Janet Varey; his children, Kirsten (Jeff Auld) and Todd (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jaiden Varey and Jordin Varey; his sisters-in-law, Susan Favetta and Sandra Varey; his nephew Scott Varey; his aunt Mabel Gourlay; and also, Doug Gourlay (Ruth) and Lorianne Jackson.
