Bruce Aris Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2020, at the age of 85, Bruce Aris (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bruce Aris to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Aris and Edna Aris; and his brother-in-law Roy Beninger. He is survived by: his former spouse Lambda Chi; his wife Margaret; his children, Shawn (Fiona), Doug (Heather) and Shelly; his sister Marilyn Beninger; his siblings-in-law, Peter Thompson (Fran) and Daphne (Ken Clark); his grandchildren, Hugh, Dylan, Keefer Aris, Devan, Aidan Aris, Kadan and Avery Garner; his stepgrandson Kyler Maki-Garner; his nieces and nephews, Barney (Bruce Beninger), Tracey (Michael Crystal), Tim (Alison Thompson), Joel (Kelly Clark), Ryan Clark (Ben Marmion) and Danielle (Kevin Foster); and his aunts, Ethel Calabakas and Sharon Merits. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Port Arthur Minor Hockey Association or to Confederation College to support the dental program in memory of Bruce would be greatly appreciated.
