She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Connor and Doris O'Connor. She is survived by: her husband Tauno Karhu; her sons, Rod (Tracy), Stephen (Corinne) and Ian (Dayna); her grandsons, Tyler (Emilee), Dylan Logan (Alana) and Elliot; her great grandchildren, Kingsley, Xander, Sienna and Ryan; and her siblings, Shirley (Allan) and Brian (Wanda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
