He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Scott and Helvi Scott; his sister Barbara; his brother-in-law Don MacLeod; his sister Sandra Elizabeth; his grandparents, Harry, Mae Scott, Jack and Ottilia Thompson; his uncles, Ted (Helen Blundell), Clarence (Queenie Scott) and Paul (Stella Thompson); his aunt Margaret (Russ Tapp); his parents-in-law, William and Jean Bilyk; and his sisters, Olga (Mike Wiwcharyk), Irene (Frank Scali) and Mary Bilyk.

He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Brad Scott (Michelle) and Michelle Lemmetty (Tim); his brother Keith Scott (Kathy); his grandchildren, Sidney, Brody Scott, Matthew, Alexander and Marcus Lemmetty; his nieces and nephews, Sandra Mazur, Terry Martyn, D. J. Sures, Shannon, Michael, Graham Mazur, Dawne-Marie MacLeod, Tom Boyle (Meghan), Kristyn Scott and David Zwieg (Harrison); his cousins, Marilyn McGuire (Marianne), Helen Knudsen, Bonnie, Marshall Elliot and Ted Blundell; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Bilyk and Maria Bilyk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
