With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Archie Merkley (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Archie Merkley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon and Marion; his stepmother Edna; and his siblings, Lynn, Mark, Clifford, Charlie and Ethel.
He is survived by: his son Rod; his wife Gail; his daughters, Lorrie (Richard) and Charlene of Ireland; his grandchildren, Kal (Jana) and Suzanne; and his siblings, Grant and Marion (Okotoks). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Archie's memory may be made to a charity of choice or please buy a brick at the North McIntyre Rec.
