He was predeceased by: his wife Giuseppina Baggetta; his parents, Giuseppe Baggetta and Giuseppina Baggetta; and his siblings, Tita Fiorellino (Antonio), Maria Baggetta and Domenico Baggetta.

He is survived by: his children, Graziella Baggetta, Maria Jezequel (Dan) and Giuseppe Baggetta (Mindy); his grandsons, Dante Jezequel, Ethan Jezequel and Anthony Baggetta; his siblings, Angela Muia (Giovanni), Carlo Baggetta (Carmela) and Vincenzo Baggetta (Caterina); and his sisters-in-law, Catuzza Baggetta and Franca Sarroino. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
