We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 84, Alfred Fortier (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Palmarolle, Québec passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alfred Fortier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his children, Jo-Anne, Glenn and Stephan; his parents, Clara and Ernest; and his brothers, Paul, Rene, Joseph, George and Richard.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Anne; his children, Debbie (Rex) and Millan; his grandchildren, Justin, Valery (Rob), Ryan and Dylan; his great grandchild Finley; his siblings, Maurice (Therese), Jean-Guy (Lynn), Rose, Tia and Reina (Normand); and his parents-in-law, Laurette, Marcelle, Sylvio (Micheline), Norma, Guy (Sue) and Mariette (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre.
