He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Hara and Lillian O'Hara. He is survived by: his spouse Shelley DiRaddo; his child Kori Dempster (Lino); his grandchildren, Dylan, Brittany, Hailey and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Anthony and Jaece; his siblings, Jim (Angie), Dan (Diane) and Kelly Vanvelzen (Ron); and his pets, Fenway and Juliette.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Niagara Humane Society or to the Shriners Children Hospital.
