He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Hansler (Blake), Philip Boldt (Melissa), Thomas Boldt (Ashley) and Pauline Simioni (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jessica, Elizabeth, John, William, Beverley, Cynthia, Michelle, Cole, Nathan, Isabell, Kaiden, Justin, Michael and Anthony Jr.; his siblings, Cindy, Raymond, Donna and Lee; and the mother of his children Shirlee.
