With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sean Frazer (Thorold, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sean left this world on December 24, 2024 at the age of 36, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Grootveld and Eleanor Frazer. He is survived by: his parents, Jeanette Frazer and Robin Frazer (Thea); his siblings, Chris (Jess) and Brenden (Brittney); and his grandmother Nelly Grootveld. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation will be appreciated by his family.
