We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2022, at the age of 79, Sandra Noel (Thorold, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Yvon Noel; her parents, John Woodhouse and Fran Woodhouse; her stepsons, Ivan Noel, David Noel and Steven Noel; and her brothers, Paul (Linda) and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Gallagher (Terry), Kelley Wickes and John Wickes (Jamie); her stepchildren, Carol Noel, Jim Noel (Cindy), Wendy Noel and Pauline Latham; her children-in-law, Jim Oliver, Alex Latham, Jeff Ward and Alana Noel; and her grandchildren, Nick, RJ, Alex Jr. and Gizmo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
