He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy. He is survived by: his children, Tammy (Keith), Laurie (Mike) and John (Dana); his stepdaughter Rhonda (Tom); his grandchildren, Brad (Rachel), Brittaney, Dalton, Payton, Raegan, Olivia, Kerstyn and Lucas; and his stepgrandson Carter.
