He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ballinger and Maude Ballinger; and his sister Orean Mercier. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ballinger; his children, Shirley Chambers (Ross), Cliff (Brenda) and Greg; his grandchildren, Tanner (Leigh), Scott (Chelsey), Kelly, Dustin (Sarah), Sonny (Jenn), Fawn, Quinn and Kiera; and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Cooper, Calvin, Henry and Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
