He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watts and Mabel Watts; his grandmother Lillian Owen; and his cousin Karen Meeker (Ken). He is survived by: his cousins, Leonard Owen (Lynne), Sandra Skulski (Bob) and Judy Davison (Steve).
