He was predeceased by: his sister Maria; and his parents, Josef and Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Nicole (Giroux); his sisters-in-law, Lise (Marc) and Michelle (Al); his nieces and nephews, Pamela (Todd), Mika (John) and Tela; and also Esmae. He is also survived by His family wishes to thank extended family and friends.
