He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Palma and Adoracion Palma; and his siblings, Jose Palma, Mildred Yap, Alicia Bactol and Veronica Palma.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Gary Palma and Kristy Newman (Johnny); his siblings, Flocerpina Masangkay, Wilson Palma, Norma Canaveral and Lilia Marigomen; and his close friend Zafar Hashmi. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, extended family.
Ricardo's life would have been much shorter without the generosity of blood donations.
