He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Misikova of Slovakia. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Nathalie, Nadia (Daryl) and Nicole (Bill); his grandchildren, Mikael, Hunter, Raegan, Anika and Sofia; and his brothers, Peter (Maria) and George (Anna).
