She is survived by: her children, Jane Culp (Dave) and David Swindley (Mary Jo); and her grandchildren, Cathy Mitchell (Chris), Tim Culp (Amanda), Michael Swindley (Nikki) and Matthew Swindley (Lauren). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by her family.
