Megan Sword Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Megan Sword (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Sword; and also Marcel Doucet. She is survived by: her siblings, Colleen and David; her nephew Gareth Sword; her aunt Carole (late Bob Davies); her cousins, Bob Davies (Michelle) and Bronwen Davies-Fox (Tim); her fiancé Dan Doucet; her uncle Bob; her great-uncle Bill Bowden; her nieces, Sarah, Mary and Emlyn; and also, Kayleigh, Owain, Michael, Thomas, Rachelle and Lindsay Siegel.
Please note that due to Covid restrictions, room occupancy limits are in effect and there may be a wait upon entering the room. We are unable to serve refreshments at this time and masks are mandatory inside the building.
In lieu of flowers, we know our dear Megan would appreciate donations to Anchors Away (http://www.anchorsaway.ca), a respite and day program for individuals with intellectual disabilities where Megan found happiness and some new friends.
