She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Carver; her parents, Walter Church and Dorothy Church; and her daughter Kelly Lynn. She is survived by: her children, Tracey (Dwayne), Jennifer (Adam) and Julie (Jason); her grandchildren, Dylan (Karly) and Danica; her siblings-in-law, Gary Carver (Cindy), Georgina Serianni, Lise Carver and Best-Friend; and also Dylan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
