He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria; his children, Anna Zeffiro (Vincenzo), Rosa Fierimonte (Edoardo) and Valentino Coccimiglio; his granddaughters, Joanne DeQuadros (Miguel) and Rebecca Nicholls (Daniel); and his great grandchild Abigail DeQuadros. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Niagara Health Foundation in Mario's memory.
