She was predeceased by: her daughter Johanna; her granddaughter Kari; her great grandchild Angie; her parents, Joris Graves and Johanna Graves; and her brothers, George, Wayne, Herman and William Graves.
She is survived by: her spouse Pieter Boekestyn; her children, Barry (Kelly), George, Peter (Janice), Jim (Joanne), Rita Kling (Phil) and John; her grandchildren, Brandi, James (Beth), Christopher, Matthew, Jacob, Jenna (James), Tamara, Michael, Daniel, Keith and Bryan; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ryder, Coban, Kylee and Jaxon; and her siblings, John (Ann), Marvin (Terry), Gordon (Verna), Elizabeth Pankhurst, Ida Purcell and Ina O'Hara (Jim). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made on her behalf to Community Living St. Catharines, The Alzheimer's Society of Niagara Region or Shalom Manor in Grimsby.
