She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Iredale and Jessie Iredale; and her siblings, John and Pam Peto. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Steven (Louisa), Russell (Marilla) and Susan Stoll (Joe); her grandchildren, Lorna (Girish), Adam (Lily), Chelsea, Jennifer, Michael, Heather, Joey (Laura), Hayley (Wes), Carla (James), Douglas (Willow) and Andie (Beth); her great grandchildren, Florence, Sophia, Luna, Ted, Ada, Kayla, Weston, John Wesley, Vivian and Everleigh; and her friends, Joyce, Rose and Pat.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Society or The Humane Society of Greater Niagara in Joan's memory.
