It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Margaret Neill (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on September 3, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Iredale and Jessie Iredale; and her siblings, John and Pam Peto. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Steven (Louisa), Russell (Marilla) and Susan Stoll (Joe); her grandchildren, Lorna (Girish), Adam (Lily), Chelsea, Jennifer, Michael, Heather, Joey (Laura), Hayley (Wes), Carla (James), Douglas (Willow) and Andie (Beth); her great grandchildren, Florence, Sophia, Luna, Ted, Ada, Kayla, Weston, John Wesley, Vivian and Everleigh; and her friends, Joyce, Rose and Pat.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pleasantview Funeral Home (2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold L0S1E6).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Society or The Humane Society of Greater Niagara in Joan's memory.
