Jacob Voogt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, at the age of 90, Jacob Voogt (Thorold, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacob Voogt to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary (Brian); his stepchildren, Dan (Jennifer), Nicoletta (Nello) and Nick (Brandie); his wife Sherry; his sisters, Anneke, Susan and Mary; and also, Theresa, Virginia (Reg), Hugh (Sue), Elizabeth, Michelle (Rob) and Ed (Sharron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pleasantview Funeral Home (2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold L0S1E6). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Ann Roman Catholic Parish (834 Canboro Rd, Pelham, ON L0S1C0).
In lieu of flowers the family would request that you pour yourself a brew (what ever is your favourite kind), raise the glass in his memory and share it with those you love or consider a memorial donation to Parkinson Canada.
