She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Smith. She is survived by: her children, James (Tamara) and Kelly Clark (Gary); her grandchildren, Danielle, Shardae, Kimberlyn and Ryan; her close friend Robert Joss; and her siblings, Fred and Lynda. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.
