He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrikus Bos and Jacoba Bos; and his sister Marga Bos. He is survived by: his wife Susan Bos; his children, David Bos and Tanya Bos (Raymond); and his siblings, Diny Bos (Ron Sheppard), Tony Bos (Ferne) and Hank Bos (Lois).
