Though Frank may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Cirocco and Jean Cirocco; and his sister Patti (Bruce Cummings). He is survived by: his siblings, Jill Cowan, Mike (Jenny Williamson) and Barb Banfield (Brian). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and Great niece and nephews.
